Tapered ball end mill
The EBA350 series double-flute ball end mills are high-quality special-purpose tools widely used in mold making, complex surface machining, and other applications requiring high precision. Advanced grinding and manufacturing processes ensure cutting stability. High-speed ball end mills are specifically designed for machining difficult-to-cut materials such as martensitic/austenitic stainless steel and titanium alloys. Their design and materials enable them to perform exceptionally well under high-speed cutting conditions. The high temperatures generated during cutting do not significantly affect tool performance, allowing them to maintain a sharp cutting edge when machining materials with hardness up to HRC50.

Design details engineered for accuracy, tool life and process stability.
Utilizing cemented carbide with a grain size ≤0.8μm and a substrate hardness of HRC63, it combines high hardness and toughness, offering 35% better chipping resistance than ordinary tools.
Enables smooth, progressive entry, reducing tool impact and vibration. Taper angle accuracy is controlled within ±0.05°, allowing for precise machining of inclined surfaces and complex curved surfaces.
Ball end accuracy ±0.008mm, taper surface roughness Ra≤0.02μm, enabling continuous curved surface machining without tool marks and reducing subsequent polishing processes.
The tool surface undergoes mirror polishing, resulting in a friction coefficient as low as 0.25, effectively suppressing built-up edge formation, especially suitable for high-gloss machining of aluminum alloys.
The uncoated design eliminates the risk of coating peeling while providing excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for machining in humid environments.
The core diameter is 10% larger than ordinary tapered tools, resulting in a smooth transition during diameter changes, significantly improving tool rigidity and eliminating runout during high-feed machining.
Featuring a DIN6535 standard straight shank, compatible with various clamping devices such as ER collets and hydraulic chucks, allowing for quick clamping on CNC machining centers and high-speed milling machines, improving tool change efficiency by 20%.
High-precision toolholder with h6 tolerance.
