Cutting tools for aramid-fiber laminates, fabrics, and reinforced components — configured around material form, resin condition, fiber support, cutting method, and the required edge quality to address fraying, pullout, and incomplete fiber separation.
Dry fabric, cured laminate, flexible sheet, and hybrid composite stacks behave differently. The tool and process must be selected from the actual material form and desired cut result.
Multi-edge and application-specific routing geometries can be evaluated for profiling cured aramid laminates and reinforced parts.
Opposed cutting action can be considered for supported laminate edges when both faces require controlled fiber engagement.
Straight, pointed, and rotary-style cutting edges can be configured for fabric, sheet, and flexible aramid applications.
Special blade outlines, cutter profiles, interfaces, and reaches can be developed from an approved drawing or sample.
Provide the material trade name and technical description, whether it is dry, coated, impregnated, or cured, thickness and ply or stack details, operation, feature drawing, desired edge condition, machine or cutting system, holder or mounting interface, backing and clamping method, and expected volume. Include the current cut result when fraying or incomplete separation is the problem.
