Brazed milling cutters combine carbide cutting edges with a steel body — an engineered construction for selected larger-diameter, heavy-cutting, and special-profile applications.
Use brazed construction where cutter size, form, body design, and service strategy make it a suitable alternative to a solid tool.
Carbide cutting sections are joined to a steel body designed around the confirmed milling operation.
The body can be engineered for larger diameters and special forms where solid-carbide construction may not be practical.
Depending on tool condition and design, the cutting edges may be reground or the cutter may be refurbished after evaluation.
Special diameters, widths, corner forms, and profiles can be produced from an approved drawing.

Drawing-based manufacture. Body dimensions, cutting profile, and critical features are produced and inspected against the approved tool drawing.
Lifecycle review. Regrinding or refurbishment can be assessed from the cutter design, wear condition, and remaining material; suitability is confirmed case by case.
