Ultrasonic cutting blades for composites, prepreg, honeycomb, rubber, textiles, food products, and other compatible materials — engineered around the material, cut path, blade profile, mounting interface, and operating requirements of the ultrasonic system.
Blade shape alone does not determine suitability. The material, cut geometry, amplitude and frequency requirements, horn or holder interface, machine motion, and cleaning or service conditions must be reviewed together.
Straight-edge profiles can be developed for line cuts, trimming, and compatible sheet or web materials.
Tip, angle, radius, and contour geometry can be configured for plunge entry, curves, corners, and shaped cuts.
Tooth form or other edge features can be evaluated when the material and process require a non-plain cutting edge.
Blade body, fastening features, alignment surfaces, and interface geometry can be produced from an approved system drawing.
Provide the material and thickness, single-layer or stack construction, cut profile, edge-quality requirement, blade travel and orientation, system manufacturer and model, operating frequency, available amplitude information, horn or holder drawing, mounting method, cleaning requirements, and expected volume. Send an existing blade or measured drawing when replacing a current design.

Interface-controlled manufacture. Mounting and alignment features are produced from the approved drawing so the blade can be evaluated as part of the user’s system.
