Single Flute Carbide End Mills
The GE190 series single-flute end mills, with only one cutting edge, offer a very large chip flute space, effectively accommodating and removing chips. This makes them particularly suitable for machining soft materials (such as aluminum alloys, copper, and plastics) to avoid chip clogging. Cutting materials: Hard/softwood, plastics, MDF, foam, acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, HDPE, ABS, UHMW, HIPS, PET, polystyrene, polypropylene (PP), polyoxymethylene, and other engineering plastics. Widely used in aerospace, automotive, and furniture manufacturing industries. In practical operation, selecting the appropriate tool type and parameters based on specific machining requirements is crucial to ensuring machining quality.

Design details engineered for accuracy, tool life and process stability.
The cutting edge adopts a single-edge design, with a chip groove space 50% larger than that of multi-edge tools, which can efficiently remove a large amount of chips generated during roughing and avoid chip clogging in deep groove machining.
Achieves smooth progressive cutting, reduces tool impact, and is especially suitable for heavy cutting of thin-walled parts and easily deformable workpieces. Surface finish can reach below Ra0.6μm.
Surface hardness HV2800, friction coefficient as low as 0.2, effectively inhibits built-up edge formation, and has excellent anti-sticking performance, especially suitable for aluminum alloy machining.
The tool surface is mirror polished, with a friction coefficient as low as 0.25, effectively inhibiting built-up edge formation, especially suitable for high-finish aluminum alloy machining.
The substrate hardness reaches HRC63, combining high hardness and toughness, and its resistance to chipping is twice that of ordinary end mills.
The cutting edge undergoes a special chamfering process, allowing it to withstand larger feed per tooth, resulting in a 40% increase in efficiency compared to ordinary single-edged tools.
When machining soft materials, single-edged end mills maintain stable cutting performance over extended periods.
