Solid Carbide Reamers

Solid Carbide Reamers for through and blind holes – available in a diameter range of D4mm to D20 mm. According to product requirements, one-level ladder/two-level ladder/three-level ladder or multi-level reamer can be manufactured.

Straight flute and internal coolant, this tool is ideal for hole finishing applications. Solid carbide reamers are specially designed for H7 hole resistance. To achieve IT7 and IT6 hole tolerances:

• Spiral groove

• Straight groove

• For through holes

• For blind holes

• Radial coolant holes

• Center coolant hole

• Left-handed helix

• Chips are pushed up

• Chips are pushed forward along the chip flute.
